Locality AUSTRALIA, NSW, South Coast, The Docks, between Boat Harbour and Point Perpendicular, Jervis Bay. (35 5 S, 150 46 E)
Notes Restricted to the sand covered rocks immediately bordering the sand/ rock interface of the seabed at 60 ft depths. Tetrasporic, with five to six sporangia per segment of stichidia and with each stalk cell producing two to three cover cells transversely. Plants almost distichous in habit.
